Returns 
We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Our products are natural, perishable, of the highest quality and cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and picture to contact@freshkalebathcompany.com . When we approve the exchange, send your item to: 7600 Kingston Pike Suite 1526, Knoxville TN 37919

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail or returned in-person to any of our Knoxville store  (please see the address listed below). Please keep in mind that in-store returns will be issued store credit that can only be used in-store. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.

When your order is shipped from our store, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Shipping Info

 

You can expect your purchase to arrive within2-7 business days from receipt of your order. For an additional charge, we can expedite delivery to most destinations in 1-4 business days.

• The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total price of the order.

• Please allow up to 2 business days to process and pack your order.

• Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
